  • Shipping Rates & Delivery

    • Orders $99 and Over: Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.

    • Orders Under $99: Real-time shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

    Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Returns & Restocking Fees

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label for all returns, regardless of order value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    • Item Condition: Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    Damaged or Lost Items
